About my work

Each piece is made by hand, so small differences in color, glaze and size are part of what makes it one of a kind. Photos on this site are as close to the real piece as I can make them, but your piece may look slightly different.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. An order is complete once you receive a confirmation from me. If a piece is no longer available or a price was listed in error, I will contact you to fix the order or refund it in full.

Processing and shipping

​

Processing times, shipping costs and pickup are described in the Shipping Policy. Please read it before you order.

Returns, exchanges and damaged pieces

​

All sales are final, with the exceptions described in the Refund Policy. Please read it before you order.

Pre-orders and custom work

​

Pre-order and custom pieces take longer to make. I will be in contact with you to discuss the details, and timing is estimated in the Shipping Policy.
